What's the difference between Free and Paid events?
Free events are RSVP-only pages hosted on eventra.digital for a one-time GHS 350. Paid events get a fully custom site on your own domain (GHS 1,100) with ticket sales, Paystack payments, QR tickets, check-in and donations.
Are the fees one-time or recurring?
Both are one-time fees — GHS 350 for a free event page and GHS 1,100 for a custom paid-event site. No subscriptions.
Do you take a commission on ticket sales?
No. Ticket payments go straight to your own Paystack account and Eventra takes no cut — the GHS 1,100 build fee is all you pay us.
Where is my event hosted?
Free events are hosted on eventra.digital. Paid events are built on your own domain, so the site is fully yours and you keep it after the event.
Do attendees receive tickets automatically?
Yes. On paid events, once someone buys a ticket they get an instant confirmation with a unique QR code pass for fast check-in.
